Always wanted your own chart to print? Here it is!
Click the links below and you will view a pdf. verson. Each link
corresponds to a different eyechart. To the left is meters
and to the right is feet. 6/6 or 20/20 for example. You do not have
to print every page to save ink, you can start with the smaller lines
and always print the top lines later if you cant see the lower lines.
